我是来自益阳市第十五中学2108班的刘桑彦，很荣幸能够成为2023年度胡杨助学金的获得者。此时此刻，我心中满怀着对各位爱心人士的感激之情。
I am Liu Sangyan from Class 2108 of Yiyang No. 15 High School, and I am honored to be a recipient of the 2023 Poplar Scholarship. At this moment, my heart is filled with deep gratitude for the kindness of the donors.

现在我已进入高三，高中生活对我来说只剩下短短的200来天。在这段高中旅途中，我已经成熟了许多，这不仅体现在学习成绩上，更体现在为人处世的方方面面。
Now that I am in my senior year, there are only about 200 days left in my high school life. During this journey, I have grown a lot—not only in my academic performance but also in how I conduct myself.

在此期间，有许多人帮助过我：是失意时鼓励我的同学，是懒惰时催我奋进的老师，是默默支持我的家人，以及社会慈善机构中那些无私奉献的爱心人士。这些点滴帮助，我都将铭记在心。
During this time, many people have helped me: classmates who encouraged me in times of frustration, teachers who pushed me forward when I felt lazy, my supportive family, and those selfless donors from charitable organizations. I will remember all of these acts of kindness.

有人说高中学习生活很难，也很累，但我认为，生活从来不会偏袒任何人，这对每个人来说都是一样的。
Some say that high school life is hard and exhausting, but I believe that life never favors anyone; it is the same for everyone.

它是人生必经的一道坎，也没有任何坎是跨不过去的。高中生活中的困难让我得到了磨砺，变得更加坚强。正如英国诗人雪莱所说：“冬天已经到来，春天还会远吗？”我认为他说的很对，经历挫折后，成功就在不远处。
It is a hurdle that everyone must cross in life, and there is no obstacle that cannot be overcome. The challenges of high school have toughened me and made me stronger. As the British poet Shelley said, "If winter comes, can spring be far behind?" I think he is right—success follows setbacks.

我从来不想成为被生活打倒的人，而是想做生活的勇者，不惧怕任何困难。
I never want to be defeated by life; I want to be a brave fighter, unafraid of any hardship.

因为我有自己的理想与志向，我想变得更加坚强、更加有责任感，并不断取得进步，回报那些帮助过我的人，回报这个以慈爱之心包容我们伤痛的社会。
I have my own dreams and aspirations, and I want to become stronger, more responsible, and continuously improve so that I can repay those who have helped me and give back to this compassionate society that has sheltered us.

生活的道路从来不是一条笔直的坦途，而是曲折蜿蜒的，但这并不意味着生活的苦难过多值得抱怨。
The road of life is never straight and easy; it is full of twists and turns. But that doesn’t mean life’s hardships are something to complain about.

相反，曲折的道路让我们看到了许多沿途的风景。在人生的旅途上，总有人愿意“授人玫瑰”，我庆幸这些人引导了我的人生道路。
On the contrary, it is the winding road that allows us to see many of the beautiful views along the way. In the journey of life, there are always those who are willing to "offer roses." I am fortunate that these people have guided me along my path.

未来的路很长，我不知道前往终点的路上，是否能一直拥有如此坚毅的决心和勇气。但我会为了我的理想不懈奋斗，直到到达成功的彼岸。
The road ahead is long, and I don’t know if I will always have the same determination and courage. But I will keep striving for my dreams until I reach the ideal shore of success.

回首过去，我由衷地感谢身边所有曾帮助过我的人，是他们教会了我在人生道路上如何坚持走下去。我很幸运诞生在这个伟大的时代，我会用自己的努力来回报这份幸运，成为对国家和社会有用的人才。
Looking back, I am deeply grateful to everyone who has ever helped me. They taught me how to keep going on the road of life. I am fortunate to be born in this great era, and I will work hard to be worthy of this blessing and become a valuable person for my country and society.
